Sodexo, the leading food and facilities management services company in North America, is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications. The Senior Manager, Communications will assist in managing and coordinating internal and external communications for Sodexo's Talent Acquisition Group.
In this role, he/she will work closely with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to develop communication strategies and initiatives designed to attract talent to Sodexo, and ensure our internal customers are kept informed on key talent-related activities, issues and processes.
Responsibilities include: identifying opportunities for both internal and external communications; developing innovative communications strategies and initiatives; ensuring effective coordination of the multiple communications initiatives for our department; exploring new communications media and outlets; and coordinating with Sodexo's Public Relations Department to identify opportunities to position Sodexo as a top employer in our industry. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years of communications/PR experience that encompasses knowledge of both traditional and cutting edge communications mediums, including e-communications and social media; strong writing and editing skills; and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives and messages across Talent Acquisition, and with our partners in HR, PR and Operations to ensure that Sodexo is positioned as a top employer. Working from home/virtual environment, the Senior Manager of Communications reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.

Requirements |
Manages the day-to-day communication activities such as advertising/marketing, media relations, creative editorial, and design services. Assists in advising senior management on the development of communications policies and advertising programs, and the management of public relations. Assists in developing and implementing the communications strategy. Assists in establishing editorial or departmental standards.
