Sodexo is seeking a Registerd Dietitian on a temporary, part-time basis, to provide nutritional care in support of a large Premier Retirement community Located in San Antonio, Texas. The scheduled RD will provide coverage for 8 -12 hours per week at village II. The Ideal candidate will be a Registered Dietitian with experience in long term care The facility serves retired military officers is comprised of two villages, having a total of 650 residents; independent living 550, health care 40 and the Assisted Living care of also,40 residents.

Requirements |
Provides basic nutrition assessments and care planning for patients/residents. Plans special diets and supervises their preparation. Instructs patients/residents and/or hospital personnel in basic principles of nutrition and modifications of normal diet. Performs routine care responsibilities without training and direction. Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: None Basic Functional Experience Required: No previous work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics required + registry eligible.Position Posting Title: Clinical Dietitian 1
